Service Agreement and Return Conditions
1.) This contract is the registration of the customer to the website www.hostizyo.com and the parties declare, accept and undertake the accuracy of the information written in this contract
2.) Hostizyo Internet Services may update the terms of the contract at any time when deemed necessary.
3.) The most current version of the contract is the version available on the website www.hostizyo.com and the most current version is considered valid.
Account Opening
It is your responsibility to provide unchangeable customer information such as Name, Surname, Turkish ID Number ( If you are a Turkish citizen ), E-Mail correctly at the first registration. Please note that this information cannot be changed if you cannot access your account, all responsibility belongs to you.
( If you are a Turkish citizen ) T.C. Identity Number control is done through tckimlik.nvi.gov.tr, this data is not recorded in any way except for the accuracy of the person.
Storage and Sharing of Identity Information
Every customer who wants to register on Hostizyo.com must share their credentials with us. In any other case, the necessity of this information is high so that our company is not held responsible. Hostizyo does not share or share your identity information in any way.
Internet Usage Data
All records are actively kept in the database on our network systems, any offence committed after being investigated by the other party and us is under your responsibility.
Malicious Programme / Pirated Software
The use of Malicious / Pirated Software is entirely at your own risk, in any other case Hostizyo has the right to shut down your server / hosting.
Examples of Malicious and banned programmes: Mining applications (Salad, Nicehash), Mail spam applications, Torrent etc. regular upload or download applications, Illegal file sharing.
Attack Through Server
Hostizyo.com ip addresses are defined on your behalf, including credentials, and are processed over an instant and 5-year record. In instant data, if the ip address is defined to your credentials at that moment, it is kept, long-term records are processed by recording the date range.
Hostizyo.com keeps confidential its rights in sending complaints / attacks from / to IP addresses / addresses registered in your name / identity in any other case.
Using Shared Hosting
Shared hosting is defended with extremely high level special protections and CloudLinux systems. It is the user's responsibility to use any parent directory or special attacks such as shell, such situations are prevented and monitored especially thanks to our CDN systems.
Virtual Server Fair Usage Quota
You cannot use the CPU rate given to you on Virtual Servers as 100% continuously. You can use it in a way that does not affect the performance of other servers, otherwise we will have to suspend your service for the first time in the second time. Hostizyo does not accept responsibility in such cases!
Shared Hosting Service Limit
Hosting can never be used for file hosting, thanks to the scanning feature of our control panel, high (over 1 GB) .zip, .rar, etc. files such as files are irretrievably deleted from the system. Only custom-made scripts and ready-made applications can be hosted.
Payment Information
Whatever type of payments you make are recorded on our system, part of your bank account or credit card information (Not All, see Last Four Digits of Credit Card Number and Cardholder's Name and Surname) stored in our database. Otherwise, all responsibility belongs to the paying customer.
Backup and Data Loss
If optional features such as backup are not specified in the services you receive through Hostizyo, your data will not be backed up in any way, in such cases you are responsible. Our products, which are provided with the package or optionally backup service, are backed up on our backup discs at least once a week. You are responsible for sudden interruptions and user errors.
The "Snapshot" feature sold in addition to our VDS products is not a full server backup. snapshot is also deleted in cases such as deletion, reset, formatting of vds. Hostizyo is not responsible for backups made with snapshot. The user is responsible for all backups made with Snapshot.
Uptime Guarantee
As Hostizyo, we have to give customers an Uptime (Activity) guarantee, thanks to the redundant systems offered by our data centre, our activity time is 99.75% in Tier 3 infrastructure.
The Uptime guarantee mentioned here is the guarantee given for the uptime period of the line. If for any reason your service is shut down due to a malfunction in the physical server you are on, Hostizyo services will provide your transition to a new physical server if it can recover your data. This period may take 1-3 business days. If the data cannot be recovered, a new server will be defined to you again until the end of your service period.
Technical Support
Hostizyo professionally offers services as optional, we provide simple tasks such as installation free of charge for you. However, operations such as formatting problem solving are among our optional options due to the intensity. You can request optional support from us for technical problems such as cPanel optimisation and formatting.
Price Change
Hostizyo reserves the right to change the price depending on the exchange rate. When the price change is made, the price guarantee is given to its active customers until the next billing period. New orders are processed at current prices of products that have benefited from the current price change. Current prices are taken for package upgrades in old orders. Extra package downgrade is not available.
Service Refund
According to the service cancellation agreement, a credit refund is made to your account on the website within 3 (three) business days at the latest after the transactions are made. Cancelled time and service fees are calculated and communicated to you, and then, if you accept, refund transactions are initiated.
Users can use the fee in the credit asset in all kinds of services, and the user is responsible for prohibited transactions such as credit sales.
Credit Sale
It is absolutely not possible to sell credit between customers, if you share your account with other people as a sale, you are responsible for the transactions you will make. In order to prevent this, Hostizyo does not provide inter-customer service and credit transfer service. Hostizyo is not responsible for the rights of the customer who receives the credit or service from different customers and is defrauded.
Domain Name Registration and Cancellation
Domain names cannot be cancelled in any way after they are registered through Hostizyo, make sure you enter your information completely and properly. Updating information on most domain names is not supported by our company.
Prohibited Content Statement and Abuse
If such complaints such as banned content or abuse are received by our company as proven in any way from the outside, actions will be taken up to server cancellation. Prohibited content and Abuse is the responsibility of the customer.
For Prohibited Content and Abuse Notification: You can send an e-mail to [email protected] mail address. Your request will be answered within 7 (Seven) working days at the latest.
Copyrights
Our company can prevent transactions related to trademark use and stolen content, when the trademark registration owner reaches us, our company can perform transactions such as server shutdown or hosting cancellation. In such cases, only the trademark registrant and users can go to the agreement in the steps after the service cancellation, Hostizyo does not mediate in any way.

Non-payment of Wages
For invoices that have not been paid and whose due date has passed, if the customer requests additional time, a period of time is defined and if the fee is not paid again, termination or cancellation procedures are carried out. Any channel can be used in the communication process (see E-Mail, Telephone). A three-day waiting period can be made for our customers who make regular payments and do not delay, but this may not be valid under any circumstances.
Services cancelled or terminated as a result of non-payment of fees are deleted irreversibly during the day. It is reflected in the user panel as terminated, Hostizyo is not responsible for the loss of information or data.
It has the right to terminate the service irreversibly without warning the customer on the day the relevant services are not paid and without backing up the data.
RETURN TERMS
Right of Withdrawal:
Buyer (Customer); From the date of delivery of the purchased service to him, he may use the right of return from the contract by refusing the service, provided that he notifies the Seller (Hostizyo) via support request, adhering to the conditions and periods specified in the following articles.
- You can request a refund within 7 days for your VDS and Game server servers. If you request a refund within 7 days, 75% of the amount paid for the service will be refunded.
Use of VDS and Game server services:
- Any service you have purchased from a specific game category is only used to run the game of the category you have selected, when it is detected for any other purpose,
- Turkey location VPS - VDS - Dedicated services when upload / download operations are detected,
- Attack output, TCP-UDP-DNS-PING FLOOD etc. When illegal activities are organised with attack methods
- When the processor is deliberately loaded with CPU stresser-style programmes
- 24/7 with 100% CPU utilisation,
- Processor limitation or service termination is applied at the discretion of the management. Refunds cannot be made, the 7-day return condition loses its validity.
Services and Situations where the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used:
- VPN / Proxy services are not possible to return because they are supplied by foreign internet providers and are still bound by foreign internet provider service agreements.
- Return is not possible in Domain Name (Domain), Physical Server rental, Server hosting services.
- If the customer cannot send SPAM e-mails within the framework of the Hosting service received from Hostizyo Internet and Information Services,
- When e-mails are sent that disturb Internet users in terms of content, frequency or file size,
- In case bulk commercial promotional e-mails are sent to Internet users against their will
- When it is determined that the relevant game is not hosted within Hostizyo in hosting services received for Game / Webscript purposes,
- When it is realised that Web Hosting services become unavailable due to intense attacks, Hostizyo may suspend the service and/or unilaterally terminate the hosting contract without warning the customer from whom the Web Hosting service was purchased. In case of this type of contract termination, no refund is made to the customer.
Balance Withdrawal
- None of the balances added from affiliate and service refunds are returned to the user, the balances added to the credit of your account are always used in Hostizyo Services
- You cannot request to convert the Balance in your account into real money. We are not a payment processor. Or we do not intend to compete with any company that offers any payment method. You can only buy Hostizyo products with the balance. This balance you have added is the convenience offered to you to purchase products from us.
